We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Where your order ships from
Our products ship directly from our trusted supplier warehouses in either the United States or China. Products that ship from our US warehouse say "Ships from USA" in the title.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Items shipping from the USA
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $4.99, FREE on orders $35+
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days): $14.99
Items shipping from China
- Standard Shipping (8-15 business days): $4.99, FREE on orders $35+
- Express Shipping (5-8 business days): $14.99

Orders with multiple items
Because items may ship from different warehouses, orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking for each package.
Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at contact@quinunlimited.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
